My mother-in-law gave me a 1935 cookbook, "The Pennsylvania Dutch and their Cookery," by J. George Frederick. It contains some background on the group as well as 358 recipes from calves head soup to Fasnacht Kucha. I would be happy to look up recipes for anyone during this holiday season.
