dnj@netins.net The Christ Lutheran Church at 701 S. Charles in Baltimore, MD., was formerly called the Christ "English" Lutheran Church. The office staff told me, recently, it was named this because sermons were in the English language, versus German. My relative, Leander M. Zimmerman founded this church in the late 1800's.
