I have a Terisa BAKER 7/26/1807 in PA -6/8/1858 wed to Elias KOBLE 9/15/1796 in France-10/24/1865. They were wed 12/23/1822. They lived in Lancaster co and are buried at the Clearfield Methodist cemetary in southern Lancaster co. I am seeking info on the origins of either family. I have not found Terisa listed in wills or deeds in lancaster co. Terisa seems to be an unusual name as I have seen no other Bakers in Lancaster co. with that name. This info was listed in Elias' Bible. Thye had many children one of whom was martin COBLE b1825 wed to Maria RESSEL. Also seeking info on Maria RESSEL's grandparents-Michael RESSEL wed to Mary STEDMAN/Stehman 11/26/1777-10/28/1866. There is a Michael RUSSEL/RESSEL owned land in Lampeter, Lancaster co. who died in 1737. Patent #25 6/1718. (where do you go to view a patent?) He could be Michael's father. John Christopher RUSSEL of Bart twp. Lancaster co. lists Michael RESSEL as receiveing cash from accounts so I believe that my Michael RESSEL was RUSSEL. There are a slew of Little Britian and Bart RUSSEL families. Help. Margo Her other grandparents are Christopher KLEIN and Ann ESHELMAN. They were wed 12/12/1799 at Trinity in Lancaster and had a baby 4 months later. They had both taken communion at Trinity for 2-3 years before wedding. I have some strong suspects for Chris's parents
