I will be more careful. Again I apologize for any inconvenience I may have caused. I am looking for information on the following Surnames. MOOMEY, George born between 1782 and 1792 we believe in Lancaster County. The names of his parents are unknown. He married Barbary Ellen. We have been told that Ellen was maybe a middle name and that her last name might have been Dido/Diddo/Dito./Ditto. This is not confirmed. My father said that the Moomey's were member of the Pennsylvania Dutch. I have found one web site on the PA Dutch but did not find the Surname. Moomey has been spelled different ways. In the will of George Moomey the name was spelled Mummey/Mumi and Mummie or Mummi. My brother and I are writing a book on the Moomey family and making a photo album to give to our Mom on her 89th Birthday. We were going to give it to her next year, but because of heart trouble and the beginning of Alzhemiers, we are going to give it to her this year. I would greatly appreciate any help. Avie New Mexico
