    1. Re: Margaret and Barbara BOLLINGER both married Abraham KURTZ
    2. Vic Kemper
    3. Hi, Pat and all I have records of some of the descendants of Abraham KURTZ and Barbara BOLLINGER from their children Abraham, John and Catharine KURTZ. These eventually descend to those who married KEMPER descendants. I'm always seeking such descendants so I'm wondering if these are the KURTZ lines which also interest you. I'll gladly trade information about these people. I do not track any other lines of Abraham KURTZ descendants. 3. What ldo you mean "remember"!?! I have junket tablets in my cupboard right now. You can still find them on the grocery shelves and the company has for a number of years sold an already prepared mix (similar to a packaged pudding where you just add the milk). Happy hunting to all. >Does anyone remember clabber milk? Great with cinnamon and sugar. And >how about Junket made with rennet tablets? > >Win

    3. Dear Group - I have been corresponding with a real (as opposed to Pa) German from the German genealogy group. Originally it was a technical discussion of the problems of sending umlauts over the net, which I will spare you. But then he noticed my signature line, [FRANK, KELLER, PENROSE, SCHULTZ] and he said, "That feels like the area south of Darmstadt, I went to school with people with all those names except Penrose" [I know that Penrose is English]. Pause while I look up Darmstadt, which could be in Prussia for all I know. In fact it is just east (actually more north, in this area) of the Rhine, south of Frankfurt. So I explain to him that they are all 'Pa Dutch' and what that means and that I am a little uneasy because I have always heard they were from 'Rhineland-Palatinate', which is west of the Rhine, and Darmstadt is across the river from that. And here is what he said and I thought others on this list might be interested in it. I don't think he quite grasps that I have 4-5 generations in Pa still to go before I can usefully look in Germany, but this may be useful to some of you who are further along. [My comments in square brackets] > Rhineland-Palatinate is a post-world-war-II creation. 3. Hi All, I am searching for my gg grandmother and have been unable to identify her. My gg grandfather Abraham ESHELMAN would have married the first time about 1810 probably in Lancaster Co., PA. His first son was born August 15, 1811 in Lancaster Co. I find an entry in the Lancaster County Historical Society Journal listing an ESHELMAN, Sarah DeMuth and wonder if anyone researching the ESHELMAN/ESHLEMAN or DEMUTH families of Lancaster Co. might have her listed in their data. Both of Abraham's sons named their daughter Sarah so I think their mother must have been named Sarah. Any help would be deeply appreciated. I am researching ESHELMAN/ESHLEMAN, GROFF, HERR, STONER, MCCHESNEY and WOLFGANG families. Thank you!!! Buren
