This is Ed McCarthy. I left this L list a while back for the digest mode, and now I am back. As some of you know, my Penfolds were from the Pulborough/West Chiltington area. Thanks to Stan Clark and Brian Bloomfield, I have just added a generation back to the early 1800s, and some children of the second Barton Penfold and his wife, my Chatfield relative, who lived in the 1835-1900 period. I'd be glad for any other contacts.
