The nearest I have is Thomas s/o Peter & Abigail Penfold who was baptised 5 Nov 1822 in Ticehurst, Sussex . There is a Thomas Penfold bapt 11.1.1818 in Buckland, Surrey who was I think the same Thomas living in Rusper Lane, Ifield, Sussex 1851 with son Thomas and probably again in the Reigate Workhouse 1881.
