Bollinger. He was born in Adams county, the son of Matthis and Elizabeth(Eckert) Bollinger. If these are your folks, I can scan the pages - the bio is quite long and has a portrait of Oliver. Actually, I just checked Ancestry and they also have this book scanned - his bio is here: http://search.ancestry.com/Browse/BookView.aspx?dbid=48369&pageno=8 but it looks like the portrait is missing.
