I would love to join forces. It has been a while since I have done any research. My big question is WHO was William's father and where was he born? I know William was born in PA as it says so in at least one of the census reports. I know his son Thomas J was born in PA and I THINK it was in York, but I don't know which church might have the records. William was married twice and my ancestor was, I think, the only child born of the first marriage.
