Tobias is the youngest child of Casper and Anna Barbara Reidel. Here are their children; Sussana b.1762 m. Yost Rinehart Mary b. 1763 m. John Gelhouser(dec. by 1804) Peter b. 1765 Philip Casper b. 1767 Henry(Johan Heinrich) b. 1769 Anna Margaret b. 1771 Tobias b. 1776 Casper and Anna Barbara married 1761. Casper died August 1804. Orphan's court record I-81/82 11/21/1804 requests that Casper's 88 acres be appraised. Casper's father is Dietrich. In the 1799 Dover taxes Tobias pays no taxes. He is listed as "Poor".
