Sarah's parents didn't want her to marry Wesley. After they were married, Sarah's mom Elizabeth Grove Hammer was very unhappy about it and wanted little to do with Sarah and Wesley's children, including my great grandmother Ethel Waltimyer. I was told by my aunt that Sarah and Wesley moved back over the line to Maryland. When Sarah died, she may have been buried in Maryland. The details are all very fuzzy.
