His son was James McCain of Tuscaloosa county Alabama died Jan 9 1825. Was married to Rebecca Compton ( 1864-1776). She was born in KY. Her mother and father were born in Ireland - I don't know exactly where John, George, Jane, James, Mary and Martha. If we are in the same line, I would like to share info with you!
