Cora married my grandfather after his first wife died, they began a new family. He and Cora abandoned his first marriage children, placing one in the Children's Home of York and the other in another inst. As I understand it, Cora destroyed everything that belonged to her husband's (my grandfather) deceased wife (my grandmother). I have been trying to locate members of Cora's family in the hopes that perhaps they might have old photos of Cora's husband's first wife. You were correct, Cora married but once.
