Abraham with his wife is living in the home of Henry Smith 55 and Sarah 52. Also in the home are David 30,Emanuel28,Caroline21, Eliza 19, jacob 17, Sarah J(ane) 13 and Wm. H 7. This family is in York in 1850 but Abraham is not in it. He could be working away from home. there is an Abraham Smith 14 not far away in the Miller family in Cumberland county that could be our Abraham. What do you think? Certainly Abraham is related to Henry Smith in Some way. There are 3 wills on York co after 1860 for Henry Smith: V-437 1861, X-477 1869 and DD-422 1886. Maybe one of them is for Henry 55 in 1860. I wonder if there could be a family connection here too. I have an Abraham Smith born 1809 in York, with a brother Henry born 1816. These men left for Ohio in about 1830 ended up in Indiana. I wonder if any of those Henry estate files could be mine also.
