Has anyone had trouble recently ordering records? I just tried to email them several times & every time I received an error code saying provider error etc. Cheryl
I just ordered $20 worth Sunday evening and had no problems. Are you clicking on the icon to the left of the document you want to order? I have no trouble getting to the site but the record I want is not online to click on a link. My problem is when I fill out the request form.
