Mr. Frock, who was a banker and retired farmer, had been in ill health for some time, but his condition was not considered serious. He was 83 years of age and had been active all his life in community affairs. He was a native of Carroll County, Maryland, being a son of Mr. and Mrs. Jacob Frock of Silver Run. He is survived by the following children: Mrs. John Hoff, New Windsor, Jacob Frock, Mt. Pleasant, Charles Frock, at home, Mrs. Edward Brown, Union Mills, Mrs. Samuel Hawk, Silver Run, and Mrs. Frank Mathias, Littlestown. Sixteen grandchildren and eleven great-grandchildren also survive him. His wife died 11 years ago. He was a life long member of St. Mary's church at Silver Run and was a director of Union Mills Savings Bank. He retired from active farming a number of years ago. Funeral services from the home of his daughter, Mrs. Frank Mathias, South Queen street, Littlestown, Thursday morning at 11 o'clock, the Rev. F. B. Peck officiating.
