Frock Violet R. Frock, 81, 2011/2 Second Ave., Hanover, died Thursday, July 23 at the Hanover General Hospital. She was the wife of the late Curtis W. Frock who died in 1958. Born in Hanover, she was the daughter of the late Charles and Rosella (Teal) Luckenbaugh. She was a member of St. David's (Shermans) United Church of Christ. She is survived by one son, Curtis W. Frock R.D. 6, Hanover; four daughters, Marylou Laughman, New Oxford, Catherine Ginter, Third Ave., Hanover, Betty Stover, Broadway, Hanover, and Jeanette Harbold, Brewster St., Hanover; seventeen grandchildren; thirty-two great-grandchildren; and six great-great grandchildren; one brother, Charles Luckenbaugh, Hanover; and three sisters, Gertrude Sterner, Harrisburg, Beatrice Small and Mildred Bair, both of Hanover. Funeral services will be Saturday at 10 a.m. from the Wetzel Funeral Home, 549 Carlisle St., Hanover. The viewing will be Friday evening and the burial will be in Rest Haven Cemetery. Officiating will be her pastor, the Rev. Robert Myers.
