I have never been able to find Andrew Elliott in a York county census. The closest the censuses come is Andrew Elliott, with what looks like the right set of offspring, in 1820 at North Middleton, Cumberland County, PA. In 1810 there is an Andrew Elliott in Lancaster County, PA, but the family mix doesn't fit. An Archibald Elliot (one t) in 1810 at Northumberland County has a family that appears to fit. What details do you have regarding your information? I would like to exchange resources.
