This is all the information I have(I've left out a few of the details): Johan Phillip EMIG b 14 Dec 1725 married Anna Mari APENKLE Son - Johan Michael EMIG b 4 Aug 1761 York Co, died 12 Feb 1836 North Codorus Township Married Sophia DELLINGER 24 Feb 1762 d 25 Aug 1857, North Codorus Township Son of Johan and Sophia: John EMIG 16 Nov 1798 d 20 Jan 1799 Married Anna Marie Phlieger b 23 Aug 1803 Daughter of John and Anna Marie: Cecelia Susan EMIG b 5 Jul 1826 North Codorus d 5 Jan 1926. I have an excellent newspaper article on her life. Married Emaunuel Gentzler b 25 May 1825 d 28 Apr 1894 They had 12 children the youngest was Lovieann M. Gentzler b 18 Jul 1863, York County d 19 Aug 1936 West Manchester Twsp York. She was my husband's great grandmother. Is there any connection to the Emig's you are researching? Hi Gwen, I'm thinking there is a typo in your death date for John Emig married to Anna Marie Pflieger. According to my info he was born 16 Nov, 1798 and died 20 Oct 1871(instead of 20 Jan, 1799). Just wanted to be sure you knew.... My ancestor Catharine Emig was a sister of your Cecelia Susan Emig.
