I have not seen an Angeline surname and so I wonder if this uneducated Frances could be the Frances Esterline that I have been looking for. She last appeared as a servant living with the Simon Shafer family in the 1880 Md. census. I trying to find surviving Hoover family to confirm or reject theory.
