As a follow up on the Steele / Donnon lines I posted a query on, I ordered some estate papers for Rachel STEELE who died in york county (Peach Bottom township) documents were from 1854 time period. I did get the name of the ancestor of the Donnon line which married in to my Burk family But unfourtantly not a connection to my Steele family of Peach Bottom Lancaster county was not found. ANYWAY thought if this may help someone else with a maiden name of an ancestor, the following names appeared. Between the few documents the following info was extracted.
