Elizabeth, If you have not yet received several copies of an 1800 Zeigler census record from Monaghan Twp, I can send you one for Leonard.  Ancestry.com does not find a John Zeigler in Monaghan Twp, using exact or Soundex searching, nor does it find any Zeigler (Exact or Soundex) other than Leonard. Let me know if you wish me to send you the copy for Leonard.
