Passengers: 472 first, 174 second, 1,820 third. Ceded to Great Britain after First World War. Served in Cunard Line fleet for a time. Acquired by Canadian Pacific Line in 1921. Renamed: Empress of Scotland (1921). Scrapped in 1934. This is the ship John Montgomery and his family came to America on. They arrived 9 Sept 1920 departing from Liverpool and arriving in New York City. They say their last permanent residence was Anney rathmullen. I counln't find it exdactly but I think its NE of Letterkenny in Northern Ireland Donegal County. there are several towns with rathmillum as the last part of their name in that area.
