Once I grasped the intricacies of the Index etc I found a deed that was of interest and have contacted the Archives in order to obtain a copy - not sure though how that will work from UK. We shall see.... May I ask if, when someone is granted land under the details of a deceased person's will, does this appear in the Grantor/Grantee Lists? Would it appear under the Executor's name or the name of the deceased person do you think? Names of interest are mainly KINDIG / LINEBAUGH and IRWIN / ERWIN.
