I am new to York County research, and hope someone will offer opinions as to the best research library for York records from creation of county to 1783. Tax lists, abstracts of deeds, estates papers, etc.---I guess all the usual beginning information, are the topics in which I am interested. The Russel Indexing system is a trial for me, so that is why I prefer to start with published materials. TIA Donny J.
