However looking at the 1820 and 1830 censuses, the highest probability lies with Jacob Hoover of Dover Twp and John Hoover of Dover Twp. This is based on the elgible females in their families and the fact that Dover is the nearer twp than others with elgible females. Also Eve says her parents were born in PA. Good luck.
