    3. Vanessa, The Franklin Church still exists, and they have a fairly large and well-kept cemetery. It is my understanding that the Franklin Church was started as a mission church of the Lower Bermudian Church. Many of the same family names are in that graveyard. There is a stained glass window above the entrance that says "Franklin Church". The inscription on the side of the building says: "St. Johns Lutheran & German Reformed Church was built 1817". The church is on Franklin Church Road, near to where it intersects with route 15. The History of Adams County was added to the Adams County Archives a few years ago. http://www.usgwarchives.net/pa/adams/ Additionally, The History of York County is available on the York County Archives site.
