FindAGrave.com shows 5 "Zion" Cemeteries and 4 "Mount Zion" Cemeteries in York County. I think you need to be a bit more specific as to which cemetery you are trying to contact. Have you tried googling the name and location of the cemetery? - if it is a currently operating cemetery, that will usually give you contact information. FindAGrave.com shows several Badders in York County - no Samuel or Agnes, but the ones listed, if they are from your family, may give you other cemeteries to check out. Best of luck.
