In these Ralston annuals they were talking about ( i have copies from LDS records) they mention my Joseph Ralston family - they thought my Joseph was a brother of Andrew- said to have been separated as kids after their parents were murdered by indians, The boys being separated & never saw each other again..only to end up near each other in OH & Brooke VA so the story goes BUT my Joseph was alot older than Andrew & my Joseph's son's were closer to Andrews age so I put it on the back burner but always looking for info. Many folks have copied the info & I just don't find the proof to make a connection. I hired a lady to check Scottish christing records for Andrew & she couldn't locate any on the date everyone is saying he was born in Scotland. Just wondering who your Ralston's were from York area since I read your posting. always diggin for more info. Hope your Father's Day was a great one. Hi, I just saw this post regarding the Flying Camp. I just found some records at Lancaster Historical Society that mentioned this term and wonder if anyone can point me in the right direction for learning more about the Flying Camp. (I don't even know what it is). I don't have my notes here with me but I believe my ancestor's name was Johannes or Michael or Mathias sine they were the given names I was researching. The surname is WOLF/WOLFF/WOOLF/etc. Thanks for any help at all, Elizabeth =================================================== On Fri, Jun 11, 2010 at 9:07 AM, Donna Heller Zinn <[email protected]> wrote: > Hello Fellow Listers: > > The below message was just sent through the PA Adams County list.
