Roadham Kenneth Payne b abt 1815 Greene County TN m Lavinia Looney Eleazer Looney b 1808 Hawkins County TN m Elizabeth Looney The two wives were daughters of brothers. John Absolom Looney--------Lavinia Isam Looney---------------------Elizabeth I have no parents for either Payne.
