WILL PUT YOURS in my paper file and keep a lookout as I am roaming lookig for mine: William M. PAYNE M.Judy A. BELCHER 1830 Tazewell, VA. Contacts in that area cannot make any connection to their PAYNES. William did have a first wife and there is a wife in the Courthouse records to a William, a Peggy LUSK, but no verification it was our William. Anyway, how about we try to do a mutual "keeping an eye open" thing. --WebTV-Mail-706-431 Content-Disposition: Inline Content-Type: Message/RFC822 Content-Transfer-Encoding: 7Bit Received: from mailsorter-102-1.bryant.webtv.net (209.240.198.98) by storefull-153.iap.bryant.webtv.net with WTV-SMTP; Fri, 29 Oct 1999 08:25:29 -0700 (PDT) Received: by mailsorter-102-1.bryant.webtv.net (WebTV_Postfix) id AD3F2A4B; Fri, 29 Oct 1999 08:25:29 -0700 (PDT) Delivered-To: payne9@webtv.net Received: from bl-14.rootsweb.com (bl-14.rootsweb.com [204.212.38.30]) by mailsorter-102-1.bryant.webtv.net (WebTV_Postfix) with ESMTP id 049BAA6B; Fri, 29 Oct 1999 08:25:29 -0700 (PDT) Received: (from slist@localhost) by bl-14.rootsweb.com (8.9.3/8.9.3) id IAA23050; Fri, 29 Oct 1999 08:15:03 -0700 (PDT) Resent-Date: Fri, 29 Oct 1999 08:15:03 -0700 (PDT) Message-Id: <3.0.1.32.19991029111223.0122a6e0@mail.gcsu.edu> X-Sender: spayne@mail.gcsu.edu X-Mailer: Windows Eudora Pro Version 3.0.1 (32) Date: Fri, 29 Oct 1999 11:12:23 -0400 Old-To: PAYNE-L@rootsweb.com From: Steve Payne <spayne@mail.gcsu.edu> Subject: Some GA & SC Paynes Mime-Version: 1.0 Content-Type: text/plain; charset="us-ascii" Resent-Message-ID: <6DRoc.A.AoF.2nbG4@bl-14.rootsweb.com> To: PAYNE-L@rootsweb.com Resent-From: PAYNE-L@rootsweb.com X-Mailing-List: <PAYNE-L@rootsweb.com> archive/latest/2531 X-Loop: PAYNE-L@rootsweb.com Precedence: list Resent-Sender: PAYNE-L-request@rootsweb.com Like several others recently, I sending a query to see if anyone on this list has information about some direct ancestors.
