I am looking for ANY information on my family of Paynes. Richard Paine (Payne) born in England was 56 yrs on 1860 Middlesex Cty. Ct. census wife Ann was born in England was 52. Frederick J Payne born in England was 27 on the 1860 Middlesex Cty. CT. census and wife Louise born in Ct. was 26 on the 1860 Middlesex Cty. Ct. census. At that time they had 1 son named Frederick J. was 1 yr old. Richard Henry Payne was born 2-14-1861 in Durham, Middlesex Cty. Ct. He marrie Maria Blinn (not postive on spelling) born in Wallingford Ct. Wilbur Marshall Payne born 5-15-1891 in Durham Ct. is my grandfather. Wilbur first married Leonia Bilger of Penn. moved to Spencer Mass. for a few years, divorced and moved back to Conn. and married a woman I believe is named Arleene. He died 2-1967 in Tolland Ct. Conn. (information on S/S record), but I do not have the exact date to get a death certificate or obituary notice. I have a copy of Wilbur birth certificate listing his parents as Richard Henry and Maria Blinn Payne. Called Towne Hall and got the birth date of Richard Henry Payne and the names of his parents, Frederick and Louise Payne. Jerry Aucoin
