I believe he married second a woman named Arlene. his father Richard Henry Payne borne 2-14-1861 inDurham Ct. married Maria his father Frederick J Paine born 1834 in England Married Louisa I believe his father was Richard born 1804 in England m Ann Any information on the family will be helpful.
