I just found this Payne site. I have gotten back to Benjamin Payne. He was born abt. 1750 in VA. and died in Barren Co., KY in 1832. He was married to a Mary (Polly). Children: John, James Madison, Benjamin M., William, Elizabeth, Jane, Letticia and Mary (Polly). I am trying to find out where in VA. he was born and his parents. Thanks for any help. Janice
