I don't have much info on the Paynes - I have Flayle, his son John, John's daughter Catherine who m. John Kennett. Flayle Payne was on the 1733 taxable list in Monacas, Prince George, MD. Wife unknown. I don't have any dates or wife for John. John's daughter Catherine m.John Kennett who was b. about 1735 and d. between 1815-1820, and I assume Catherine was somewhere near his age. >From there I go to the Kennett line. Do you connect with them? I also have a William Rush m. Ann Gray, their daughter Elizabeth b. ca 1650 m Joshua Hudson b. ca 1650, and their son Rush Hudson, b. abt 1805 - 1704 in Westmoreland Co.,VA, m. Sarah (surname unknown), their son Joshua Hudson (the second one) b. ca 1725 in Prince George Co., VA m. Mary Foster Terrell. Since your last name is Rush I wondered if you are related to this line of Rush. Any information that you could give me would be greatly appreciated and I will be glad to trade anything that I have.
