Barker, NY Norman G. Payne of Barker passed away unexpectedly Thursday evening, April 1, 199(?) at Medina Memorial Hospital. Mr. Payne was born in the Town of Yates on May 23, 1934, a son of Dewey L. Payne and the late Luella (Herendeen) Payne. Mr. Payne was employed by the Town of Somerset Highway Dept. until retirement and he also had farmed for several years. He was a member of the Medina Moose Lodge. He was predeceased by a brother Ronald H. Payne. He is survived by a son Timothy R. (Antoinette) Payne and a daughter, Debra Payne, both of Lockport, NY; father, Dewey Payne of Barker; sister, Janice (John) Davies of Westernville, NY; two stepchildren, Laurie Craine of Newfane, NY and Steven Craine of Lockport; nine grandchildren; several nieces and nephews. Burial will be in Lynhaven Cemetery.
