I am fairly new to the list, and have been monitoring for a couple weeks hoping to see something on the line I am researching. However, I have not seen anything come across. Does anyone out there have anything on the line of "Old" Jospeh Payne and Phoebe (maybe Offill?). I am descended from this line and am hoping to find some new information.
