I clicked on the link. I selected "Abstract of Graves of Revolutionary Patriots", one of the data bases. I entered "Payne" in the search engine. I got 22 hits. When I clicked on "View Search Results" I got the message "The Database you requested is available only to members." So, until you try to see anything, it looks open; at least the DB on Revolutionary War graves. Peter Wyant, which data base did you use, just out of curiosity?
