Dear Peter: This is the first time I have seen your name on the Payne list. My grandmother was Clara Payne originally of Illinois. She married by grandfather Henry Andrews and lived many years in upstate New York. My grandfather's mother was Alice Elizabeth Wyant born around 1879. Any connection here?
