Fairfax County, Will Book K # 1, page 288 Will of William Payne (of Ananias) In the name of God. Amen, I William Payne of Fairfax County and State of Virginia, being weak of body but of sound mind, and memory, do make and ordain this my last will and testament, of this worlds goods it hath pleased almighty God to indow me with, first I recommend my Soul to almighty God who gave it, and my body to the grave to be intered at the discretion of my executors________. Item the 1st My will is that my Executers make sale of the one mocity of land which purchased with W.Jos.Sewell from the trustees of Philip B.
