I have a beautiful photo of a gr uncle Eustice Payne (approx 1920, I think) in a chauffeur uniform beside an old Rolls touring car. He was born in England but later settled in Wales so not sure where he was a chauffeur. I can make out the license ( BO 395) I'm sure. I'm curious who he worked for. Is there a way in England that you can check out old License # and owners? Love to hear from anyone with any suggestions. Daisy Watts dwatts@axion.net
