I have a beautiful photo of a gr uncle Eustice Payne (I would guess 1920's) in a chauffeur uniform beside an old Rolls touring car. He was born in England but later settled in Wales so not sure where he was a chauffeur. I can make out the license (BO 395). I'm curious who he worked for. Is there a way in Englad that you can check out old License # and owner. Love to hear from anyone with any suggestions.
