I am trying to find the parents of my GG Grandfather Eleazer Payne married (Elizabeth Looney )Payne. Eleazer was born in Hawkins Cty, TN in abt 1808 his parents are unknown. He lived two doors from Jessee Jr Payne in the Washington Cty Census 1830, he also show in Jackson Cty , Alabama census 1820. His wife and him had ten children, all died except two daughters and one son William. The names of the two daughters are unknown. William was born in Greene cty, TN July 15, l830 and moved to St Clair Cty, Mo., where he lived until his death. He married Mahala Sueiter 12 Nov 1848 in Greene Cty, TN.
