Does anyone have a William Payne bn between 1765-1775,that moved to Al.The census says he is from Pa. can`t find anything on him. Please HELP against a Wall. I think he may be the father of Thomas Crockett Payne bn 1814 Tn. md Elizabeth Cluck bn 1814 Tn. We have no proof.This is the far as I can go with my tree. Need HELP. Thanks, Linda Rich Toney
