Hi Everyone Can anyone one help me with the payne's of WI ? I am searching for a Elaine Payne born on 12-17- 29... in WI, she was in the Chicago Il area in 1955. I know that her Dad was in the newspaper business and born right around 1900, her Mother was born in around 1906.. I know that Elaine was (if I have that part right ) was married briefly in 1952 and divorce. She also had one sister that we know of.... The family was of the Protestant faith...
