Hello, I am looking to clear up a problem I have with my Paynes of Ohio. Hopefully someone out there is a cuzzie or knows more than I do. My problem is with my ggrandmother.I know who she is thru my grandmothers birth cert. The problem is her(Bertha's)husband. Differant sources list him as Lorenzo D. PAYNE or Alonzo PAYNE BUT the sources also list differant siblings,I have checked census,local newspapers,etc.But I cannot rule out either one. This is one possibility: 1 Lorenzo D.
