Louisa Emma Payne born Aug 3, 1861 KY Died Jan 13, 1905 in Bardwell, Ellis Co, Tx Married to Elvis Berry Turns, born Nov 27, 1855 Died Aug 21, 1901 in Bardwell, Ellis Co, Tx Looking for info on Louisa. Louisa and Elvis were my gg-grandparents. They were both born in KY, maybe married there, or Tx. Cannot find anything in Tx, except birth records of children, and death records. They married about 1882....assuming so, since their first child was born July 1883 (my g-grandmother). Elvis lived in Butler and Ohio Counties, KY, so Louisa MAYBE from that area.
