I am trying to contact my cousins Don and Bill Payne. They are the sons of Ralph and Anna Mae (Whitehead) Payne from Paragould AR. The last I knew of them, Don was in Columbus OH and Bill was in Maryland. Don was married to Mickey (from Japan) and Bill`s wife Shirley (deceased) was from FL.
