Hi there! My great-grandma was Mary Elizabeth PAYNE b.25 Oct 1913 in Knoxville, TN; m. Carl Thomas BEASLEY 30 May 1931; d.18 Feb 200 in Kingsport, TN. Her father was Thomas Coleman PAYNE/PAINE b.29 Mar 1887 in Louisville, KY; m.Elizabeth Jane WHEELER 24 Aug 1912; d. May 1932 in Florence, AZ. The details on Thomas's parents are kind of sketchy, but I have his father as James PAYNE born and died in Louisville, KY and mother as Mary Katherine BIRCH born and died in Louisville, KY. James PAYNE and Mery BIRCH had six children: Thomas Coleman PAYNE/PAINE Della PAYNE Essie PAYNE Betty PAYNE William PAYNE James PAYNE, Jr. Does any of this ring a bell for anyone?
