I have been able to complete my Payne family pedigree back as far as 1615. John Payne was born that year in Yorkshire, England and died 1690 in Rappahannock Co., VA. I'm now at the point in my research where I don't just want to know what the names and birth dates are, I'm very curious to know who these people were that I'm descended from.
